Careers Beyond the Bench

Careers Beyond the Bench, a professional development conference for graduate students and postdocs, will feature accomplished speakers and panelists discussing non-academic career options for graduate students and postdocs. Attendees will learn about careers in private industry, the federal government and foundations, as well as training strategies and career planning tools. We will offer panel discussions on Medical and Science Communications, Management Consulting, Medical Science Liaison, and Postdoc in Industry. Additionally, we offer workshops on exploring careers during graduate school, work-life integration and productivity, building a personal brand, and more.
